Okay, I'm not going to lie.. I've never given DWTS the time of day. Really... it's not dancing with actual stars.. most of the time. I just never wanted to give in. Guys, I did SO good. I held out for 21 seasons and then got sucked in.. ahh..
So what happened was that I saw Von Miller on the Ellen show the week after he won the Superbowl. GO BRONCOS!! I've been a Peyton fan from back in the day.. The Colts days. So, I'm beyond excited they won. Anyways, Von was pretty funny on Ellen and he won MVP. He slammed Cam Newton lots of times during the game and that caught my eye. When I saw that he was going to be on DWTS, I thought I would give it a shot.
My husband and I both watched the very first night because there really was nothing else on tv. I was so excited to see how Von would do and then came Nyle DiMarco. Ohhhhh Nyle!!! I was immediately obsessed. If you don't know who Nyle DiMarco is, look him up. He is a model who won American's Next Top Model and he is deaf.
Not only is he great looking, he is an amazing dancer. He cannot hear ANYTHING. He dances by going off his dancers body and emotions and he is amazing at it. I am just amazed every single time I watch him dance.
Now, it could be because my nephew was born 2 months premature. The poor baby went through so much in his first 2 months and he ended up deaf. He has two cochlear implants and he is doing so great and he has most of his hearing now. So this hits a little close to home. It might be why I love Nyles so much and just have to make sure everyone knows!
He got the first 9 on the show and he just got the first 10 this past Monday. Guys, his performance Monday night will bring you to tears. Maybe not but it is beautiful. Check it out!

Ipsy April Glam Bag 2016!
Loving this bag! There are actually some great hits in this bag!
The starlooks cream eye shadow is AMAZING. I wore it on date night to see Beauty and the Beast on Broadway. I was blown away with the pigmentation! It was metallic and I loved it. It takes about 10 seconds to dry and then it just doesn't budge. It's seriously a favorite that I've received in a Glam Bag in a while. I love it! I'll try to find the pic I took...

Tarte is my favorite brand but this lip is a bit bright for me. I make it work though by using it with another tarte nude color. I put both on my lips and mixed them together a bit and looked more my style.
The nail polish is gorgeous! Too bad it doesn't last! It was 1/2 day before it chilled and its 3 days later and it looks like I've had this polish on for 2 weeks! Disappointing! It also has a very weird smell. It could be because it is organic. I have an updated picture of 6 days after application:
^^Yep, that is awful. I did use a top coat but it didn't seem to matter. I know that some polishes don't last that long but considering this started chipping the very first day, I'm very unimpressed. I would never purchase this brand.

Too Faced Sweet Peach Palette
Ugh.. This palette.. Is gorgeos! Trying to get this palette is like seeing a real live unicorn. It has been a pain to buy that's for sure. I was told by several ulta employees to go in on the 7th to get one. I happened to go in on the 3rd when the husband and I were running errands on Sunday. Low and behold, there it was sitting out! I quickly grabbed two, one for my friend too. It was gone 2 hours later, when I texted another friend to run in. I went back on the 7th, to try and get it for said friend and it wasn't going to be there and they didn't know when.. Anyways, here are the swatches!
It is so gorgeous and smells amazing!!
Urban Decay Gwen Blush Palette
When this line came out, I wasn't too excited. I've heard a lot of bad reviews on the eye palette, so wasn't sure about this. I wasn't planning on purchasing but this went on sale for $30 plus my 15% off! So I definitely picked it up and I am Sooo glad! It is BeaUtiFUL! The packaging is really bulky, that is my only complaint. It's really pretty but just a tad too big. There are some really unique colors in here. If you can, pick it up!
Wet n Wild Comfort Zone palette
Umm... This palette is amaze!! It feels like butter and the payoff is incredible! I've been eyeing this palette for months! A buy 2, get 1 free came along and I had to pick this up! For $4.99, this is a great deal!
My first VIB Sephora haul!!!
I'm so excited that I got the Gwen blush palette on a "clearance" sale. I finally got my Glow kit, after drooling for months! It is gorgeous!! I will have it and swatches on its on post. I was so lucky because I had the "paint it pink" favorites set in my cart all week and it sold out two days before I could purchase. Then when I went to purchase, it came back in stock! Wohoo! I finally have a beauty blender now. What is your Sephora haul?!?
